Welcome, Innovators of All Ages!

Are you curious, creative, and ready to showcase your scientific skills? Whether you’re a young learner, teen builder, adult tinkerer, or lifelong experimenter — the “We Are All Scientists” Community STEM & Science Fair is your stage to shine!
This event celebrates innovation, imagination, and inclusion across generations. Participants will present STEM-based projects that tackle real-world problems, spark curiosity, or demonstrate cool discoveries!

  • Community Impact / Social Good

Judging & Prizes:

Projects will be judged based on creativity, scientific thinking, design, and presentation in youth and adult age brackets.

Winners will receive certificates, trophies, and sponsored prizes — and all participants will be recognized!

Registration Fee

$15 per participant (max 4 participants per team)
Includes a STEM Kit, fair badge, and a T-shirt!

Participant Requirements

  • Open to all ages (children under 13 must be registered with an adult)
  • Turn in a project summary by July 15, 2025
  • Attend the fair on Saturday, July 26 for presentation & judging

By registering, you agree to the following:

  • I understand that participation is voluntary.
  • I grant permission for my image and project to be photographed and shared for promotional purposes.
  • I will follow all safety and conduct rules provided by event organizers.
    • I release the event coordinators, venue, and partners from any liability related to injury or property damage incurred during the event.

Please fill out the form below to register as a contestant in our 3-day summer science festival.

Important Notes:

• All ages are welcome — children, teens, adults, and multi-generational teams!
• Projects must be STEM-focused and fall under one of the listed categories.
• Each participant/team must register by July 15, 2025.
• A $15 registration fee includes your official fair badge, T-shirt, and STEM Kit!
• Projects will be judged on creativity, problem-solving, and presentation.
• Awards and prizes will be presented at the festival.
